Back in 1975 renowned restaurateur and hotelier Maurice Taylor launched the French Mediterranean Brasserie, La Bonne Auberge, to the Glasgow restaurant scene. Over thirty years later it continues to thrive. Building on the success Ashbank Design Studios were appointed in 2006 to assist in extending the brand to include venues at Edinburgh Airport and East Kilbride.
